For five years, The Gathering has created space for women to pause before stepping into a new year... to reconnect with God, reconnect with themselves, build meaningful community, and intentionally prepare for what’s next.For Year Five, our theme is Deeper Roots.
Because growth isn’t always about doing more, becoming more, or starting over. Sometimes the next level of growth requires us to go deeper; deeper in our faith, deeper in our identity, deeper in our relationships, deeper in community, and deeper in the things God has already planted within us.
The Gathering 2026 is an invitation to slow down long enough to ask:
What am I rooted in? What needs strengthening? And where is God inviting me to grow deeper?

At The Gathering 2026, we’re making room to check in with the areas that shape the woman you’re becoming:

WHAT TO EXPECT
The Gathering is intentionally designed to feel less like a traditional conference and more like an experience.
On Friday come comfy in your favorite loungewear or whatever makes you feel cute & cozy. Expect meaningful conversations, practical teaching, faith-centered encouragement, interactive moments, connection with other women, opportunities for reflection, dinner and a few surprises along the way.
On Saturday expect to go deeper with our intimate Saturday morning VIP Breathe & Brunch Experience. Enjoy a wellness-centered activity, brunch, and an intimate, mastermind-style conversation with B3 founder Loreal Pride designed for deeper reflection, connection, and growth. Plus an upgraded event bag with extra goodies.
But growth doesn’t only happen in one area of our lives, so we’re making room for conversations that touch faith, womanhood, wellness, relationships, purpose, identity, and becoming…all weekend long!
B3 MEN
AND THIS YEAR, WE’RE MAKING ROOM FOR THE MEN.
For the first time, The Gathering experience will expand to include brunch on Saturday Nov 7th and a separate B3 MEN conversation; creating space for men to have honest, intentional dialogue around faith, manhood, relationships, leadership, purpose, and becoming healthier men.
Separate rooms. Different conversations. One shared vision:
