When It Feels Like Nothing’s Happening.
For the woman who’s planted, prayed, and waited… and is starting to wonder if God still sees her.
Step 1: Be Honest with God
Take a breath. Name what feels stuck. Name what you hoped would be different by now.
Pray:
Lord… I’m trying. I’ve stayed faithful. I’ve let go of what You told me to release. I’ve done the inner work, prayed the prayers, spoken the promises—
But nothing feels like it’s moving.
And I don’t want to say it out loud, but a part of me feels forgotten.
Step 2: Speak the Truth—Even While It Hurts
This is the part where you wrestle with the tension between your faith and your feelings. God can handle both.
Pray:
I know You’re still good. I know You haven’t left me. But it’s hard watching seeds I’ve sown not bloom.
It’s hard watching others harvest while I’m still waiting.
Remind me, Lord—remind me that You’re not punishing me. That this silence isn’t a no. That preparation isn’t a delay in Your love.
Help me believe that what feels still is still in motion—because You’re in it.
Step 3: Receive What’s Still True
Now let God pour back into the space your disappointment tried to drain.
Pray:
God, restore my joy while I wait.
Show me glimpses of Your hand, even in the unseen.
Anchor me in Your timing—remind me that You waste nothing.
Even this waiting has purpose.
You are not just the God of the outcome.
You’re the God of right now.
So I lean in, again. Not because I feel ready, but because You are still worthy.
📖 Scriptures to Meditate On:
“The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.” – Lamentations 3:25
“Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill His promises to her.” – Luke 1:45
“I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.” – Psalm 27:13
✨ Affirmation to Carry:
This waiting season is not wasted. God is working, even when it doesn’t feel like it. And I am still on track—because He is still in control.
